The Bingo ads must necessarily be mad. Okay. Must not make sense. Okay. Must be remembered for just these traits. Okay. But this campaign will be the test for how much madness audiences can really handle!
I didn't particularly enjoy the initial silly commercials either - but then they were a huge hit. The hatke jhatke really is silly, taking the 'hatke jhatke' a little too literally and exaggeratedly. Will people still like the madness - not sure!
The execution however is nice - casting perfect. But no, does not make any sense to me. Comes through as a lazy campaign now.

This is not completely
This is not completely original but it may do it more good than harm.
For someone who has seen this sequence in the bollywood movie Andaz Apna Apna , the one between Salman "Prem" Khan and Shakti "Crime Master GOGO" Kapoor this definitely has a high recall value.
Is that good or bad ?
