This is the first Konkana Sen Sharma commercial I have seen – and like in all her movies, she is fantastic! Simple, endearing and charming in a quiet sort of way. Perhaps the right choice for Women’s Horlicks, interchangeably representative, and a role model for the young Indian woman.

The line “Aaj is badi si list ne choti si baat ka ehsaas dilaya...apni hi list main apna naam nahi...” comes from a very real insight – women multi tasking, juggling and just getting by in life!

Does the ad make me want to try Women’s Horlicks? Not really. Just a small crucial missing link – why the product will make it any better for the consumer.

However, every time the commercial runs, I won't switch channels. Its well executed and there’s Konkana!
