Hindustan Times' new series uses a very cliche theme to 'awaken' the country, but because they have not tried to be too clever, it works for me.
Whether its better journalism, or gay rights or, the paranoia around swine flu - the subjects are relevant, the situations real and the messages straight. The 'new' seems a forcefit in the end. 'Its time' is a far stronger thread in all the ads. Does the newspaper really live up to this promise, will be interesting to see though!
