Exagerrate the problem and simplify the solution to the extent of just making a phone call. The DHFL home loan ads do this very efficiently in their new 30 odd second ads.
I dont need a home loan. But i was in the position of the guy being handed the coconut a few years back. The time for a loan approval does always seem like eternity even when its shortest. All the dreams associated seem so near yet so far. All the questions being asked suggest your application is almost rejected. All the telecallers and agents seem to be doing a favor and really try your patience.
So anything that comes close to saying we wont trouble you as much will atleast encourage a try.
In my opinion the ad would appeal to first timers and also to people who have had bad experiences with other lenders in the past.
