First of all, Kareena has come a long way! (Or is it just that we are getting used to her annoying over-the-top acting? :) ). And they make a great looking couple. Saif says lots without saying a word, and just looks good.

For me, the ad really works. It catches attention because of the good-looking couple and Kareena's constant yapping. You know immediately this must lead somewhere - and it does.

While I have never used the 'recording' feature, and not been in a situation where someone I know misses a program so much that you need to record it. But I assume it is a desired feature since so many service providers are pitching it. Taking that as a given, the ability to record through your mobile phone is definitely a worthwhile feature.

Presenting the combined benefits Airtel Mobile's value-added services and the Cable TV service - is done simply and well. In addition, what kind of person would record a program? The truly obsessive, 'fan' type. And Kareena's character presents that well too.
