Just when I was about to forget all about Airtel ads(thanks to the earlier Shahrukh Khan ad) there is this one that brings a smile on the face.
That aside, its such simple and beautiful idea ad with two kids across borders who get into the no mans land to play soccer, and they get to do so and enjoy just because one of them took the initiative to talk. Will pretty much leave everyone thinking about when was the last time they could have talked and made a difference. Simple idea that will appeal to anyone in whatever context, mood or circumstance.
May be there is a different reason the creators had in mind, but for me the fact that the ad has two kids who cannot be identified and speak in a language that we cannot comprehend, may get everyone to look at it objectively without any bias.
Puts the limelight on Airtel as a brand who give technology for effective communication.
The hoardings however are not that effective by themselves if you have not seen the TVC.

Airtel -- Breaking
Airtel -- Breaking Boundaries, is one of my favourites. Simple yet strong with its messaging. The insight of using children to break boundaries over a small football touches minds. Though simple yet brilliantly put across.
More over I think the childish act of sport and tom-boyish spirit has made the ad seem very genuine.
The only misfit is the representation of the Airtel colours (red & white) that make it too biased. Maybe if the attire of the boy was presented in a normal way it would have been perfect!
